Warranty Policy


Ultenic provides a straightening guarantee that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Products sold by Ultenico as refurbished ("pre - owned") come with their own unique warranty which you can find on the product listing or contact us at with your order receipt for confirmation.

This limited manufacturer's warranty in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

30 - Day Money - Back Guarantee for any reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item returns to Ultenico's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories
    ● Items must include original packaging
    ● For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
    ● For non-quality related warranty claims, Ultenic reimburses the cost of the product itself
    ● Returns may be refused if the product does not meet the above requirements

Claims for the 30-day back money guarantee expire 30 days after opening a guarantee claim. We cannot process a non-quality refund request for items that have expired this 30 day window. For purchases not made directly through Ultenico 's online stores, please contact the retailers for returns. For quality issues, see below.

Credit Guarantee for Quality - Related problems

All quality-related defects on items sold directly from authorized Ultenic or Ultenic dealers are covered by an extended warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

Ultenic's limited warranty is limited to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items brought out of the country that were originally purchased or shipped directly from an authorized online purchaser.

Quality warranty claims on purchases made through authorized Ultenic distributors and resellers are handled through Ultenic.

For quality related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty schedule as the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Product warranties are void after being fully refunded.


  • Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
    ● Ultenic must document what happens when buyers resolve the product
    ● The serial number of the defective item and/or visible evidence depicting the defect is required
    ● It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection

Valid proof of purchase:

  • Order number from online purchases made through authorized Ultenici or Ultenici resellers
    ● sales invoice
    ● Sales date received from an authorized Ultenico reseller showing a description of the product along with its price

Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receiving your money transfer and confirming the address item was originally shipped to).

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. We cannot process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty claim or 90 day warranty claim time, whichever is longer.

Shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

  • Return of products for any reason other than a proven defect
    ● Credit guarantee on items picked up outside the original country of purchase
    ● Accidental Buyer Returns
    ● Return of personal items
    ● Return of items claimed to have defects but found by Ultenica Quality Control to be in working condition
    ● Return defective items in international shipment
    ● Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not covered by warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
    ● Lost or Stolen Products
    ● Items expired during the warranty period
    ● Non-quality related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
    ● Free products
    ● Repairs through third parties
    ● Damage from external sources
    ● Damages caused by misuse of products (including, but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, improperly operating devices)
    ● Purchases from unauthorized resellers

Ultenic is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data resulting from the use of Ultenic products
  • Return of personal items sent to Ultenic

When you return items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Ultenico , Ultenico assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality problems, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Ultenico does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
